During her illustrious journey as a former Cardiff City Ladies player, she represented the club in Europe for many years and was part of the golden generation for the club, winning the Welsh Cup in many occasions as a player, then leading Cyncoed Ladies to win their first Welsh premier league cup as a manager, her illustrious journey is filled with accomplishments. It is no doubt that Fern’s appointment, along with the appointment of Gemma Donnelly as our First Team Manager, serves as a testament to our relentless pursuit of excellence.
Our club is poised to enter a promising era of competitive football through this strategic move, to be led by a strong management team, that is able to lead the club to its goals. Welcome aboard, Fern!
