Gwalia United’s U16 squad celebrated a fantastic season of development, commitment and progress with their end-of-season Presentation Awards held at Boomerang, Cardiff, a local registered charity which provided a brilliant venue for the occasion.
The afternoon was a great opportunity for players, coaches, families and staff to come together and celebrate the achievements of the group, recognising the hard work, dedication and positive attitude shown throughout the season.
As the team prepares to progress into the Gwalia United U17 pathway for next season, the presentation marked an important milestone for a group of players who continue to develop within the club’s long-term vision of creating a clear pathway from youth football into the senior environment.
Alongside the awards, there was plenty of opportunity for the players to relax and enjoy themselves, with some memorable karaoke performances providing one of the highlights of the afternoon!

The U16s have shown tremendous progress throughout the season, and everyone at Gwalia United is excited to see their continued journey as they step into the U17 squad next season and continue their development within the Gwalia Way pathway.
