We’re saddened to confirm that Laura O’Sullivan-Jones has sustained a serious knee injury during the recent international window. Following medical advice, it’s been confirmed that the injury will unfortunately rule her out of this summer’s UEFA Women’s EURO tournament.
This is disappointing news for Laura and for all of us at Gwalia United. She’s a key figure within our squad and a highly respected member of the Wales national team. Her quality on the pitch is matched by her leadership and professionalism off it, and she’ll be greatly missed in the months ahead.
