An own goal off a Gwalia player gave the visitors the lead, Casi Gregson equalised to make it 1-1.
A quickfire double from Annie Colston and Gipsy Viveash gave Swindon a 3-1 lead at the break.
Viveash and Colston both registered a brace, before Eliza Collie made it 5-2.
However, substitute Libby Davies rounded off a comfortable win for Swindon in stoppage time, as the Robins win the group.
