Gwalia United, Wales’ most successful women’s football team, has unveiled its groundbreaking ‘RedPrint’ strategy, a comprehensive, values-based roadmap to revolutionise women’s football in Wales. Focused on heritage, excellence, inclusion, resilience, and pride, this bold vision aims to inspire and empower the next generation of female athletes while cementing Gwalia United’s legacy in elite women’s football.
Co-owners Damien Singh and Julian Jenkins have outlined their commitment to sustainable growth, inclusion, and community-driven progress. Gwalia United’s goal is to secure Women’s Super League (WSL) status by 2030, creating opportunities for local talent to shine on a global stage.

Gwalia United, formerly Cardiff City Ladies Football Club, is steeped in history, having developed over 100 international players, including stars like Sophie Ingle and Jess Fishlock. This proud heritage forms the backbone of the RedPrint strategy, which aims to blend tradition with innovation.
